Enrollment Agreement Policy

These policy terms and conditions illuminate the framework for English Fluency Global programs/plans not governed by specific contract terms in our corporate agreements. In the absence of an alternative prevailing agreement, we embrace these guiding principles.

Refunds are granted only before the second lesson of the course.
No refunds after the second scheduled class.
Missed classes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
Trial classes are non-refundable.
If you cancel 14 or more days before the course start date:
Full refund, minus a USD 10 administrative fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the course start date:
50% refund of tuition.
If you cancel after the course has started:
No refund.

A “no-show” is defined as missing a scheduled class without prior notice (minimum 4 hours in advance).
First no-show: A warning will be issued and a reminder of the attendance policy will be sent.
Second no-show: The missed class is marked as “unexcused” and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Third no-show: The student may be suspended or removed from the course without refund.
Missed classes with 24 hours' notice:
One (1) make-up class permitted per month (subject to teacher availability).

Make-up classes are only offered if the student provides at least 24 hours' notice of the absence.
Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 7 days of the missed class (subject to teacher availability).

If English Fluency Global cancels a class or course due to low enrollment, technical issues, or teacher unavailability, you will receive:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, internet blackouts), but students will be offered:

A course extension or

Access to recorded/self-paced lessons

Once online course content is accessed/downloaded, no refund is possible, in line with international digital product standards.
