1. Enrollment and Acceptance

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and placement (if required) is complete.

Students may be asked to complete a placement test to determine the appropriate course level.

English Fluency Global reserves the right to decline or postpone an application based on course availability or appropriateness.
2. Course Delivery
-
Courses are delivered online or in hybrid formats using Zoom, Google Meet, or our learning platform.

Course content includes live lessons, recorded materials, assignments, quizzes, and feedback.

Classes begin on scheduled dates. It is the student’s responsibility to join classes on time.
3. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate actively.

A minimum of 80% attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion.

Missed classes without prior notice (at least 4 hours) will be marked as no-show and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Make-up classes are subject to approval and availability.
4. Payments and Fees

All course fees must be paid in full or by the agreed payment plan before course access is granted.

Fees may include tuition, registration, and optional materials.
-
Late payments may incur a fee of USD 10 and suspension of services.

All payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full or partial refunds are available under specific conditions.

No refunds are given after two attended classes or for digital course content once accessed.
6. Course Changes

English Fluency Global reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, instructors, or platform to ensure educational quality.

If major changes occur (e.g., cancellation of a full course), students may choose a refund or credit.
7. Student Conduct

Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times toward teachers, staff, and classmates.

Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate language will result in removal from the course with no refund.

For minors, a guardian must ensure appropriate online learning conditions and supervision if required.
8. Technology Requirements

Students must have a stable internet connection, a computer or mobile device, and a working microphone and webcam.

English Fluency Global is not responsible for missed lessons due to personal technical issues.
9. Use of Personal Information

Student information is stored securely and will not be shared without consent, in compliance with POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (Europe).

Students can request access or deletion of their data at any time by emailing support@englishfluencyglobal.co.za
10. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, slides, worksheets) are the property of English Fluency Global and may not be copied, shared, or sold without permission.
11. Disclaimers & Limitations

English Fluency Global does not guarantee fluency in a specific time frame; progress depends on participation, practice, and effort.

Course recommendations are based on placement tests and teacher assessment, not a guarantee of outcome.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, but are designed to be fair and transparent for international learners as well. Any disputes will be handled first through mediation.
